In 1996 Paul Bratcher foresaw a growing need for businesses to be able to draw on motivated additional senior technical skill. Joining either the executive team or a senior project team to help deliver solutions or engineer change within their business. This role needs to be able to;
- understand and assist in the technology issues
- bridge the gap between technology and the board
- take ownership
- manage people
- deliver change
- communicate effectively
To deliver this, ideas to implementation was formed.
